Summer School 2022
Back by popular demand!
From the 26th to 29th July & 30th August to 2nd September, Bright Futures 4 All presents Croydon’s Summer School Club! Offering a range of activities from drama and dance workshops, daily sport activities, science experiments, arts and crafts and lots of fun learning activities!
The summer school is available to other children at a minimal cost. These sessions will include STEM lessons, alongside creative and performing arts and sports coaches. These would run Tuesday to Friday 9AM to 3PM (Gates are opening at 8:30AM) and provide an excellent opportunity for children to consolidate their learning whilst having fun.
Combined Programme: 11+ Assessment/Summer Holiday Club.
As requested by many parents, we will offer 11+ assessments. Children will sit their 11+ examinations in the morning and then attend afternoon sessions at the summer club. This is great for ensuring children get a balance, whilst also preparing them for their 11+ assessments, or first year of secondary school.

Our SEN 'Sunshine Award' Community Champion
Nathaniel Weah - nominated and awarded

Nathaniel Weah (aged 14 years - and is Dyslexic and mildly Autistic) sacrificed most of his summer to work on our Free School Meals Summer School project.
As a volunteer, he was committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the next generation of younger children. He acted as LSA - Learning Support Assistants to the main teachers in the class, teaching science and arts.
Additionally, Nathaniel Weah took daily responsibility for preparing all the educational resources in our main hall and ensuring all flooring and surfaces were kept clean without being asked. He is a shining example to his generation of how hard work will be rewarded.
