Working a 4 day week (including 1 day online) you will provide an efficient and high quality support service to all students at Hillel Park School. You will enthusiastically promote and adhere to the School’s Vision and Mission statements, which includes prioritising the nurturing of the next generation of future leaders. You must be able to show excellent organisational and communication skills with both children and colleagues. You will deliver literacy, numeracy and other SEND interventions to individuals, groups of students, as well in a whole class. You will be energetic, enthusiastic and caring. Project Coordinator

Description : Business admin for the After-school club - HR-DBS checks, references, CPD SEN Training, appropriate equipment and recruiting families and speakers management of the setting-up, delivery and packing away of the project during term time only onThursdays.

Using TEAMS to develop a schedule outlining the roster of activities and staff duties/allocation for the 2.5 hours of delivery.

Keep registers, registration forms and a tracking document of this to monitor our targets for attendance and student profile. This will include enquiries that may not be forthcoming (i.e. may not attend despite registration).

Management of the delivery team, by holding weekly team briefings (online - ) and pre and post-club meetings on the day of delivery. Using TEAMs, tracking the development of the project and significant milestones and activities (e.g. guest speakers and cultural trips). Create a WhatsApp group for the team and use emails

Setting up a TEAMs calendar and organising for a range of speakers - at least 3 per team to speak with the parents.

Coordinating and setting-up the Food bank collection on Wednesday for delivery to parents/staff onThursday and refreshments for up to 14-20 families. Capturing in each session - pictures/videos and testimonials for social media coordinator (SMC) and storing on TEAMs weekly and updating (SMC) with brief outline of activities - short text for each picture caption, etc. Keeping a track and monitoring social media promotions across 3 x media.NOTE: Only using Business equipment -Phone camera.
