How Homeschooling Works

Homeschooling with our teachers and therapeutic mentors, offer a flexible curriculum for your children, allowing them to learn from our hub or home, whilst still having the opportunity to take part in day trips and outdoor. Our teachers provide support and guidance every step of the way and provide an engaging and enriching experience for your child, for up to 15 hours learning, across 3-days-a-week,
Our classes are interactive and engaging, allowing students to learn at their own pace and take ownership of their education. With the support of our experienced teachers, students can build a foundation for success in the digital age.  For help with registrations, get in touch with our admissions team.

Cultural Trips & Outdoor Learning

Students participate monthly in cultural trips and outdoor learning. We have visited: Summer Science Exhibition at The Royal Society, The Horniman Museum, Brighton Beach, Deen City farm, theatre trips, Croydon Museum, and other enriching experiences that expose students to diverse cultures and perspectives.

Trauma-Informed
Stay 'n' Play Provision

This community based education and therapeutic support programme, was set-up  in Croydon's Broad green area - one of the highest areas of deprivation in the UK. Based on the Early Learning Goals, we cater for children (under 8 years-old), who have experienced significant trauma and have 'high needs'. We support both LAC (Looked-After Children) and non-LAC, who are in need of play-based therapy, within a secure, Ofsted registered, educational setting.

Support for SEND/non-SEND Pupils & Adults

We provide quality support in Maths, English, and Science for school-aged children and their parents. Our aim is to support neurodiverse members of the local community. (e.g) helping dyslexic and dyspraxic care worker adults, to improve their literacy and numeracy skills in preparation for promotions.

Tutors, Mentors & Psychotherapists

We offer a range of tutor-mentors, therapeutic mentors and counsellors for all service-users young and old.  This has included a Croydon Commitment (2010) 'Talking Cure Parents Therapy Group'. This service was offered to women who were mothers or carers, who needed a space for themselves and needed some emotional support.  We also offer all our home schooling teenagers, weekly, 1-2-1 therapeutic mentors at our hub.
