EASTER / SUMMER SCHOOL

Our Easter & Summer School Clubs offer a range of activities:

- Science Food & Fun Activities

- A Range of Sports Activities

- Arts and Crafts

- Drama and Dance

- English, Maths & Reasoning

Note: This is free to any children in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM) and some with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

We also offer concessions to children from low income backgrounds.

This programme will include STEM lessons, alongside creative and performing arts and sports coaches. They provide an excellent opportunity for children to consolidate on their learning whilst having fun.

Booster & Catchup Classes (SATs/11+/GCSE)

As requested by many parents, we are offering extra academic tutoring for children needing addicional support with English, Maths, Science and Reasoning. 11+ assessments. Children in the 11+ exam classes will, sit past papers in the morning and then attend afternoon (open play sessions) at the summer club. This is great for ensuring children get a balance between academic studies and recreational play.

Our SEN 'Sunshine Award' Community Champion
Nathaniel Weah - nominated and awarded

nathan.png

Nathaniel Weah (aged 14 years - and is Dyslexic and mildly Autistic) sacrificed most of his summer to work on our Free School Meals Summer School project.

As a volunteer, he was committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the next generation of younger children. He acted as LSA - Learning Support Assistants to the main teachers in the class, teaching science and arts.

Additionally, Nathaniel Weah took daily responsibility for preparing all the educational resources in our main hall and ensuring all flooring and surfaces were kept clean without being asked. He is a shining example to his generation of how hard work will be rewarded.
